- Prices of the conservation treatment do not include shipping/transport of the artwork from nor to place of origin, unless it is stated otherwise.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices DO NOT include VAT taxes (21%).
- The Studio reserves the right to publish images of the conservation process in order to give visibility to the studio and promote our profession, in case you shall not agree, please state it explicitly. More about intellectual propriety of audiovisual contents and other.
- Matters relating to the use of this website and the Personal Data Protection Law are displayed in the Legal Notice and Cookies sections.
- Given deadlines are aproximate and subject to unforseen contingencies (requirement of specific materials for the treatment not available at that moment, for instance).
- The Studio reserves the right not to take on the suggested treatments on the estimate if for whatever reason it is considered to be not feasable or safe enough. There shall be no charge for the non executed treatments and an alternative estimate will be given instead.
- All materials and products applied on the artwork shall agree to the conservation standards established by International Institute for Conservation (IIC), GE-IIC (Grupo Español del IIC) which are described in the Carta de 1987 de la Conservación y Restauración de los objetos de Arte y Cultura.
- A margin of 30 to 60 days is given to pick the artefacts, once it is informed about the conclusion of the treatment, or about the estimate (in case this is not accepted). More about storage fees and deposit of artefacts.
